Dustin Steerman is a career-long professional in the packaging industry, who was first exposed to digital packaging in 2013. Digital labels provided him with the foresight to recognize an opportunity to disrupt the global flexible packaging industry, and in 2017 after co-investing into ePac Flexible Packaging, he became the company’s first affiliate operator. Dustin designed and launched his first ePac facility in Boulder, CO and in 2019 developed his second location, ePac Los Angeles. Today, he collaborates with and advises digital packaging executives around the globe, across all form factors.

Dustin carries his passion for the outdoors into his professional focus with the belief that digital print represents a key value driver in packaging’s transformation towards a more sustainable and circular infrastructure.
