We are continually connected to data and information from local, national and international health organizations, in addition to feedback about health and safety concerns among the Dscoop community. Other questions on this list address specific approaches to health and safety at Edge Rockies.

Mixed vaccines will also be accepted (e.g. one dose of Moderna and one dose of Pfizer). Participants should complete their final vaccine by February 20, 2022, to be considered fully vaccinated for Edge Rockies 2022.

Currently, strict social distancing is not a requirement at Edge Rockies, but much effort has gone into designing the conference to provide plenty of space and comfort for all participants. This  includes numerous seating areas, multiple entrances, larger spaces for catering and networking, and staggering entry to the Solutions Showcase. Our partners are also keeping spacing and comfort in mind when designing their booths.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
