Felipe Cotrino

Felipe Cotrino is an executive with over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. He is currently the General Manager of HP Industrial Print in Latin America, responsible for strategic growth and the evolution of the business model in the region. 

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University, an MBA from INALDE Business School, and a Master’s in Finance. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School. 

Throughout his career, he has led global and regional teams, combining strategic vision with deep operational knowledge. He has also been a speaker on topics related to the future of print production, industrial automation, and business leadership. 

He is a part-time professor at INALDE Business School and has served on the boards of directors of companies in the technology and industrial sectors. 

Fernando Gordillo
Sustainability Leader, HP EMEA (Spain)

Fernando, a chemistry graduate from the University of Barcelona, has worked in the chemical industry since 1993. His career includes work with major multinational chemical companies such as ICI and Akzo Nobel. He has held roles spanning technical service, research and development, regulatory affairs, technical management, sales, and product management. 

In 2016, he joined HP as a Flexible Packaging Solutions Consultant for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, and in 2020, he took on the role of Business Development for Flexible Packaging in the same region. Since 2022, he has led the Industrial Sustainability department for HP EMEA. 

Hernán Braberman
Partner and Creative Director, Tridimage (Argentina)

Hernán Braberman is Partner and Creative Director at Tridimage, a well-known packaging design agency based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His expertise in branding and structural design has helped create and revitalize leading consumer brands across Latin America and around the world. 

As an international speaker, he travels the globe delivering talks, workshops, and training sessions that inspire the industry. His authority in packaging design has earned him roles as a judge in the most prestigious competitions in the sector and as a contributor to specialized publications worldwide. 

He is also the creator and host of Branderman, a podcast where he speaks with industry leaders about how packaging can transform the relationship between brands, consumers, and the planet. 

Under his creative direction, Tridimage has earned top industry awards, including Pentawards, A’Design, Ameristar, Estrella del Sur, and Vertex Awards, reinforcing its commitment to borderless design excellence. 

Jacques Hauzeur
Founding partner of the BTX Latam ecosystem (Colombia)

With 18 years of experience in the packaging world and 12 specifically in the development of packaging for luxury brands, he founded the innovation ecosystem BtX in 2018 to bring the most prestigious European materials—special glass, tin, and aluminum—into the Latin American market for the spirits, wine, and beauty sectors. 

With studies in Canada and various European countries, he carries packaging in his DNA, coming from a family with more than 50 years in the sector—from pulp to caustic soda—operating in several Latin American and European countries. 

Under his leadership in 2018, the family organization shifted its portfolio entirely to sustainable, recyclable, and high-recycled-content materials, such as 100% post-consumer glass, recyclable corrugated cardboard, and e-cap capsules.

Jaime Álvarez
Graphic Specialist, Servibarras (Colombia)

Advertising graduate from the Pontifical Bolivarian University (UPB) in Medellín with over 20 years of experience in the graphic industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in areas such as flexographic and digital printing, color management, and administration and has focused on developing innovative solutions. 

Currently, he works as a Graphic Specialist at Servibarras, where he leads innovation initiatives in production processes and print quality control, focusing on color reproduction. 

Juan Águila
Leader of the AI Center of Excellence, HP Industrial (Spain)

Head of the AI Center of Excellence at HP Industrial, a global leader in software, hardware, and services for the Industrial Graphics industry. He leads the development of AI/ML solutions for the Software and Solutions business and coordinates AI efforts across the organization. 

Previously, he served as Director of AI/ML at CaixaBank Advanced Business Analytics, responsible for AI/ML strategy and delivery for the commercial, product, and marketing areas of the CaixaBank group, the largest financial group in Spain. He oversaw more than one hundred AI/ML projects across the banking, insurance, and retail sectors. 

He was also Global Head of Data Science at Nuclio Digital School, a digital business school focused on tech talent. For four years, he designed and taught one of the most successful Data Science bootcamps in Spain. 

Skilled in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and certified as a Cloud ML Engineer and Cloud Architect. 

Juan holds a dual degree in Engineering, a Master’s in Computational Engineering and Mathematics, and an MBA with a specialization in Technology. 

Luke Mysse
CMO, Westamerica Communications (United States)

Growing up in a family printing company, Luke was exposed to entrepreneurship at a young age. After running a creative agency for 18 years, Luke stepped away to work on a non-profit project in 2014, riding his bike across America from San Diego to New York to raise money for malnourished kids in South Sudan. He eventually found his way back into the business world, first as a consultant and now as the CMO at Westamerica, one of Orange County, California's favorite commercial printers.

He is known for his creativity and strategic thinking, asking the questions "What if?" and "Why not?"  Luke has been a frequent speaker on topics including branding, creativity, finding purpose, and what it means to live out a brand.

Mauro Mendoza is a publicist with over 10 years of experience in brand and packaging design and development for fast-moving consumer goods. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with well-known companies such as Grupo Postobón, Nutresa, Terpel, and Jerónimo Martins. He currently serves as General Art Director at Aldasbrand, leading creative processes that connect strategy, design, and brand culture.
