Christian Felber

Christian Felber is an Austrian author, lecturer, and founder of the "Economy for the Common Good" (ECG) movement.

The ECG is a social movement that proposes a new economic model that promotes the common good and sustainability rather than profit maximisation. The ECG model suggests that businesses should measure their success by financial profit and contribution to society and the environment.

The ECG proposes a new way of doing business. Companies would be rewarded for their social and environmental responsibility through a points-based system that could lead to tax breaks, public procurement advantages, and more. The movement also proposes legal framework changes so that companies prioritising the common good would be legally recognised and protected.

Overall, the ECG seeks to transform the economy to promote the well-being of people and the planet rather than just wealth accumulation.

He will talk at the Dscoop Summit about certificated printing Firms such as Gugler with C2C gold standard certified companies in Austria and other examples in Germany.
