When does judging take place?
Judging takes place approximately 27-31 July 2026, after the submission deadline closes on 24 July.

1. How does the nomination process work?
After the submission deadline closes, our judging panel will review all entries and shortlist approximately 25 nominees across all categories. Shortlisted nominees will be notified by 3 August 2026. Final winners — who are revealed only on stage at the Awards Dinner on 28 August 2026.

2. What is the difference between a nominee and a winner?
A nominee is a shortlisted entrant whose work has been selected as among the best across all submissions. A winner is selected from the nominees and announced at the Awards Dinner. Being shortlisted as a nominee is itself a significant recognition.

3. I wasn't shortlisted. Can I still participate at the event?
Yes — you can still compete in the Dscoop People's Choice Award. Bring your best physical print work to the Vietnam Summit and the on-site audience will vote for their favourite. See the People's Choice section below for details.

4. What do winners receive?
Winners receive a trophy presented on stage at the Awards Dinner on 28 August. All shortlisted nominees receive an official Certificate of Recognition, regardless of whether they win.

5. Can the brand or client I printed for also receive a trophy?
Yes — additional trophies can be purchased separately for brands, clients, or channel partners. Contact us at ayu@dscoop.org for details.

1. I've been shortlisted but I can't attend in person. What happens?
You may designate a representative — such as your HP country manager, channel partner, or a company colleague — to bring your physical samples and collect your award on your behalf. Physical samples must be present on-site regardless of who attends.

2. Do nominees or winners receive complimentary or discounted tickets?
No. All attendees — including nominees and winners — purchase their own tickets. Early bird pricing of USD 120 per person will be extended for a short period after nominee notifications go out on 3 August, giving nominees time to register at the discounted rate. Watch for your notification email.

3. What does the registration fee include?
Your USD 120 registration covers:
- Thursday site visits to two HP Industrial Print facilities in Ho Chi Minh City
- Thursday evening dinner and transportation
- Full-day Friday summit (28 August)

4. Where is the event?
Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

5. Do general attendees (non-nominees) such as family members or brand / client get access to the Awards Dinner?
Yes — You can purchase separate tickets for them when you register for the event. You can purchase up to 3 dinner tickets for your companion or guests.

1. What is the Dscoop People's Choice Award?
The Dscoop People's Choice Award is an on-site voting award open to participants who bring physical print work to the Vietnam Summit. Unlike the main Presstige Awards, this award is voted on by summit attendees — not judges. It runs alongside the main awards on the evening of 28 August.

2. Do I need to have submitted an online entry to take part in the People's Choice Award?
No. If you missed the online submission deadline, you can still bring your best printed work to the summit and compete in the People's Choice Award.

3. I'm already a Presstige Awards nominee bringing samples. Can I also enter the People's Choice Award?

Yes — and you're encouraged to! Just bring a different printed sample for the People's Choice Award. Your Presstige nomination samples and your People's Choice entry must be separate works. Display both and give yourself two chances to win on the night.

4. How does the voting work?
Attendees browse the displayed physical samples during the event and vote for their favourite. The voting mechanism will be confirmed closer to the event.

5. Is there a separate fee to enter the People's Choice Award?
No — participation in the People's Choice Award is included in your summit registration.

1. Will HP or Dscoop use my submitted work in marketing materials?
By entering, you consent to HP and Dscoop using your submitted photos and video in awards-related marketing, social media, and communications. Your work will not be used for other commercial purposes without your explicit permission.

2. When will I hear back after I submit?
Shortlisted nominees will be notified by 3 August 2026. If you have not received a notification by 7 August, please contact us at ayu@dscoop.org.

3. I have a question not answered here. Who do I contact?
Please contact Amy Yu, Community Success Manager – APJ, at ayu@dscoop.org.
